Nuclear Waste

In They Say I Say, Richard A. Muller wrote an article called" Nuclear Waste" discussing the danger of nuclear waste and where we can store this dangerous chemical. Our initial plan is to store the waste in Yucca mountain, however, the Yucca Mountain will not be large enough to store all our chemical, plus it's costly. Many suggested ways like rocket it up to the sun, but many times rocket will fail and fall back down on earth. Or sinking the chemical down under the sea. This can become very dangerous because if there's a leak, that will pollute the ocean and radioactive the water. This is a serious issue, but not it's not what the people make it seem to be. People are over reacting to think problem, when they should educate themselves on the topic before panicking.

How I Met Your Mother ending

This is easily the best show I watch on television, If it wasn't for the ending. I recently just watch all 9 season of this show. This to me is the most entertaining and funniest show ever. Many people did not like the ending, they were disappointed. For those of you that are going to watch this show, stop reading. I am going to tell you a brief summary of what happened. So, this show is name How I met your mother. For 9 whole season, the show slowly building plot for that important moment. When it did happen, it was not spetacular enough. You could say the intro was overdone, therefore, you expect better from the climax. The worst part wasn't the meeting of Ted (The main character) and the mother of his children. But the fact that the mother died, we only got to see her for only a few episode. And who did ted end up with? Robin(another main character) who has a very complicated relationship with him through all 9 season.

are athletes overpaid?

There is a lot of debate of whether Pros Athletes are overpaid?  A lot of article I found seems to think so. With the reason that other jobs that help society do not get pay as much. Norton states "On Average,full-time firefighters earn an average $47,720 per year, police and highway patrol makes $56,260 and a person with professional doctorate pulls in about $100,000". They supported that these guy help save people lives. They said that people make the claim that Athletes can end their career in one bad game. But think about a police men, who could not only end their career but their live as well. Is it really fair to pay a someone over a millions a year who may torn their ACL, while pay policemen half of 100,000 who could potentially lose their lives.

self driven car

When I was a little I always imagine the future as like a land where we have our own small transportation that can fly. In fact we are not even controlling it, we are the passenger. We have made huge progress throughout history, although we are not at that point yet. However, we are really close to it . Recently, Delphi company just successful test drive a self driven car from San Francisco to New York. You heard it right, this car went over 3,400 miles driver less. Yes, there are people sitting in the car to track progress but it was control all by it own. "This trip took nine day over 15 states" according to tech time. It will be a bit until this is ready to use due to it trouble with the weather condition. It was reported that it has trouble with the rain and snow. I'm really excited for this project. And hope to hear many more update from them.

kings

The Kings just finished their 2014-2015 season last Wednesday on the 15th. Once again, for 8 consecutive years, we did not reach play-off. As much as I would like to use the excuse of how much the western is more competitive then the Eastern I can not. Because The Kings finished this season with the record 29-53. One game better than last year. However, the eight spot in the East are as good as 38-44. Even if we are to be in the East, we'd still have no chance of making the play-offs. This off-season, I would like to see some adjustment. Going into this off-season is different than the other. We have stability, we have our key players for multiple years such as Demarcus Cousins and Rudy Gay. Also we also have one of the greatest coach for another two years. All we need now is to find players that compliment Cousins and Rudy.

Sandberg's Article.

Sheryl Sandberg wrote an article called " Why I want Women to Lean in" clearing that women are being treated differently in the workplace. She later suggests ways women can do to erase this sort of inequality. First, she explains that too often women get out of work just so they can prepare to have a child. This can cause many lost opportunities. She suggest that women should stays employed until it's absolutely necessary. Second, she explains that women have less desire to succeed because many people think successful women  are aggressive and not like by her peers. Third, women should know that they will have to adjust and sacrifice. She thinks a lot of time women try to get everything the way they want. this will not always work and they must accept it. These advices, Sandberg believes can change the inequality in the workplace.

the draft is near

So, The 2015 NFL draft is only around the corner. It's on Thursday April 30, 2015 at 5:00 PM. I was so excited, I requested a day off work to watch the draft. This year draft is filled with talent, especially in the wide receiver end. It may not have Odell Beckham talent like last year but it has players like Kevin White and Amari Cooper. These are the two best wide receiver in this year's draft. The 49ers is picking at number 15, with 8-8 record in 2014. This most likely means that these guy will be not be available by the time we pick. But the draft is full of surprises, who knows. However, there are still a way the 49ers can get one of the two players. By moving up the draft. I think that the Raider at number 4 will pick Amari Cooper, who's the most NFL ready wide receiver in the draft. So, that leave Kevin White. I think The 49ers could trade move to number 7 by giving up our first, second, and sixth rounder to the Chicago bears in 2016 draft. This is the best possible way and I'm cheering it to happen.
